Light.

“Again, therefore, Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the light of life.””
John 8:12 · World English Bible

Light of the world. The truth will make you free. And at the end, "before Abraham was, I AM", the name God gave Moses, which is why they pick up stones. Walking in light means things that were hidden come into view. That can feel like exposure. It's mercy: you can't be healed of what you keep in the dark.

Lord Jesus, Light of the world, I'll walk where I can see you. Help me to keep my eyes on you.
