Who he was

Tohu, also referred to as Nahath or Toah, is mentioned in the genealogies of the prophet Samuel (1 Samuel 1:1; 1Ch.6.26, 34). He was the son of Zuph, an Ephraimite, and an ancestor of Samuel.
