About this route

Antioch in Syria sends Barnabas and Saul out through Cyprus into the highlands of Asia Minor, and they come back the way they went, strengthening the young churches as they pass.

So, being sent out by the Holy Spirit, they went down to Seleucia. From there they sailed to Cyprus.
