Who he was
Eleadah is briefly mentioned in 1 Chronicles 7:20 as a son of Ephraim, the son of Joseph. He is listed among the descendants of Ephraim, who was one of the twelve tribes of Israel. Eleadah is significant as an ancestor of Joshua, the prominent leader who succeeded Moses and led the Israelites into the Promised Land.
