Who he was
Zichri was a Benjamite mentioned in the genealogy of Shaharaim's descendants in 1Chronicles 8. He was the son of Shimei and is listed among the heads of families living in Aijalon, a town in the territory of Benjamin. This genealogical record provides insight into the family structure and settlement patterns of the tribe of Benjamin after the Israelites had taken possession of the Promised Land.
