Who he was
Zepho was a son of Eliphaz and a grandson of Esau. He is mentioned in the genealogies of Esau in Genesis 36 and 1Chronicles 1. Zepho was one of the chiefs of Edom, indicating his prominent position within the Edomite clan. The Edomites were the descendants of Esau who settled in the region of Seir.
