Uriel
Who he was
Uriel was a leader of the Kohathite clan during the reign of King David. He is mentioned as one of the Levites whom David summoned to help bring the ark of the covenant to Jerusalem. Uriel, along with other Levite leaders, consecrated themselves to carry the ark on the second attempt after the first failed. He played an important role in this sacred task of transporting the ark to its new resting place in the City of David.
