Who he was
Shema is mentioned in 1 Chronicles 2:43–44 as one of the sons of Hebron, who was a descendant of Judah. He is listed along with his brothers Korah, Tappuah, and Rekem. Shema's son was named Raham, and Raham's son was Jorkeam.
