Meshullam is mentioned in the list of Benjamites who lived in Jerusalem after the Babylonian exile (1 Chronicles 9:7). He is listed along with Sallu, Ibneiah, Elah, and Meshullam, who were descendants of Jeshaiah, the son of Hodaviah, the son of Hassenuah.
