Who he was

Hagri is mentioned in 1 Chronicles 11:38 as the father of Mibhar, who was one of King David's mighty men. Mibhar is described as a Gadite, indicating that Hagri was also from the tribe of Gad. The Gadites were known for their bravery and military prowess, as they were among the first to join David when he was fleeing from King Saul (1 Chronicles 12:8–15).
