Lasea is mentioned in Act.27.8 as a city located near Fair Havens on the island of Crete. The verse states that Paul's ship, while on its way to Rome, "sailed under the lee of Crete off Salmone, and with difficulty coasting along it we came to a place called Fair Havens, near which was the city of Lasea."
