Omri

Omri was the chief of the tribe of Issachar during the reign of King David (1 Chronicles 27:18). He is mentioned in the list of the leaders of the tribes of Israel who served in David's administration. As the chief of Issachar, Omri would have been responsible for overseeing the affairs of his tribe and representing their interests before the king. The fact that he held this position indicates that he was a respected and influential figure within his tribe.
