Nethaniah
Who he was
Nethaniah was the father of Jehudi, an official in the court of King Jehoiakim of Judah (Jeremiah 36:14). Jehudi was sent by the officials to summon Baruch to read the scroll of Jeremiah's prophecies to them. The officials then told Jehudi to bring the scroll to the king.
