Who he was

Nethanel was one of the sons of Obed-Edom who was a Levite (1 Chronicles 26:4). His father Obed-Edom had been blessed by God when the ark of the covenant stayed at his house (2 Samuel 6:11). Nethanel would have served as a Levite along with his brothers.
