Who he was
Jehuel was a Levite who lived during the reign of King Hezekiah of Judah. He was a member of the family of Heman, one of the three principal musicians appointed by David. When Hezekiah ordered the cleansing and rededication of the temple, Jehuel was among the Levites who helped in this process, purifying themselves and working to restore the temple for proper worship.
