Haruz
Who he was
Haruz was the father of Meshullemeth, who became the wife of King Manasseh of Judah. Manasseh was known as an evil king who led Judah into idolatry and wickedness. Meshullemeth, Haruz's daughter, was the mother of Manasseh's son Amon, who succeeded him as king. Haruz is mentioned only in this context, and no other information is provided about him in the Bible. (2 Kings 21:19).
