Harnepher was a descendant of Asher, one of the twelve tribes of Israel. He was the son of Zophah, who was a descendant of Asher's son Beriah. Harnepher is mentioned in the genealogy of Asher recorded in the book of 1 Chronicles. No other information is provided about Harnepher in the Bible. (1 Chronicles 7:36).
