Who he was

Ezer is mentioned in Nehemiah 12:42 as one of the Levites who participated in the dedication of Jerusalem's wall. The dedication ceremony was a significant event that celebrated the completion of the wall's reconstruction and the restoration of Jerusalem's security and spiritual life. Ezer, along with other Levites, played a role in the musical aspect of the dedication, which included singing and playing instruments such as trumpets, cymbals, harps, and lyres (Neh.12.27, 35-36).
