Eliab

Eliab, the son of Helon, is mentioned in Num.1.9; 2.7; 7.24,29; and Numbers 10:16 as the leader of the tribe of Zebulun during the Israelites' wilderness journey. He was appointed as the representative of his tribe during the census conducted by Moses and Aaron (Numbers 1:9). Eliab's tribe, along with the tribes of Judah and Issachar, camped on the east side of the tabernacle (Numbers 2:7). As the leader, Eliab presented the offering of the tribe of Zebulun during the dedication of the tabernacle (Num.7.24,29). He also led his tribe in the order of march when the Israelites set out from Mount Sinai (Numbers 10:16).
