Bukki
Who he was
Bukki, the son of Jogli, was a prince from the tribe of Dan who was appointed by Moses to help divide the Promised Land among the Israelite tribes (Num. 34:22). He was one of the twelve leaders chosen from each tribe to assist Eleazar the priest and Joshua in allocating the land inheritance. This responsibility highlights Bukki's leadership role within his tribe and his trustworthiness in fulfilling an important task that would impact the future of the nation of Israel.
