Abishua is mentioned briefly in 1 Chronicles 8:4 as one of the sons of Bela, who was a son of Benjamin, the patriarch of one of the twelve tribes of Israel. He is listed in the genealogy of the tribe of Benjamin, which traces the descendants of Benjamin.
